Job market it's a rough field for us all. I have searched all corners for employment in Public Relations and Communication. Posts are always available on various online platforms. I apply with a good written CV and experience between 3-4 years. But it is difficult to secure myself a permanent position as a communicator.
In most cases when not being hired for what we love and studied for, we end up taking any available offers. This is dangerous because in the process it is possible to hate the job.
I'm a qualified Public Relation and Communications from the University of Johannesburg. I recently worked as an Office Manager running all admin work for our company. And worked as a Media Liaison intern at the Department of Communication and Information System for twelve months. I also worked as Public Relations learner at Primedia Broadcasting for four months. I further volunteered for campus newspaper as a journalist. I also worked as telephone researcher for IPSOS South Africa.
I'm professional and a hard worker in every activity that I do. I don't stop at anything to achieve expected results and even go beyond. I'm always open for new challenges and growth. My most outstanding strength lies within content development. I can be an assert within a communications department/unit.
